If you are running portals and HUGE tires this kit is for you! Regular balljoints can only take so much no matter how strong they are built! This kit includes a new backing plate CNC Plsama cut and Broke in a CNC Press Brake allowing a strong design and minimal welding. We also include a lower A Arm Pad for easy instalation that can be trimmed to your desired shape once installed on your a arms. The upper joint is a greasable weld in joint and the lower uses a 1.5" chromoly heim! We also include a 5/8" heim for the outter tie rods. Everything is double sheared for the most strength possible. IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE PARTS TO MAKE NEW TIE RODS YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT AN OPTION THAT INCLUDES A TIE ROD KIT. We will include detailed install instructions for an easy seemless install.

OPTIONAL LOWER JOINT:

We offer both our standard injected lower joints along with a new option that is a fully greasable joint that is both adjustable and rebuildable. While these greasable lower joints will be squeak free and offer easier steering they do require more maintenance and you loose a couple degrees of steering angle each way. 

 

THESE KITS DO REQUIRE CUTTING, MODIFYING, & WELDING TO THE A ARMS. Please allow 2-4 weeks for fabrication of these parts.
